Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field required.
• Experience training & developing employees.
• Experience in growing sales & providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front of the house & back of the house.
• Must have a proven track record of managing cost of goods & labor.
• Strong skills in understanding P&L reports & budgets.
• Basic computer skills.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Effective verbal & written communication skills. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor sales growth & cost control of the café against the budgeted expectation & historical performance, to ensure that profit goals are met.
• Maintains & exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty.
• Presents a consistent, professional image of the café & crew by maintaining all sanitation & appearance standards.
• Communicates & stays updated on all marketing & promotional materials.
• Builds café sales by cultivating relationships with customers and others in the community.

It started on a beach in Florida. The calm gulf waters, friends enjoying games in the sand and a need for replenishment from the warm Florida sun. We started by blending fruits and vegetables together to create unique and refreshing smoothies. And customers lined up for our tasty creations. Then in 1997, we opened our first cafe in Tallahassee, Florida. Guests now had a place to sit and relax while we made their favorite smoothies. Two years later, we added a range of wholesome food options to complement our smoothies, all made fresh. We started as a destination for flavor, and it’s a proud heritage that we continue today. We are guided by a simple belief: when you eat better, you feel better.
