CDL A Truck Driver – Dedicated Lane | El Paso, TX

Swift Transportation is hiring an experienced solo CDL A driver for a dedicated dry van route based out of El Paso, TX . This is a reliable freight lane with steady miles, weekly home time, and competitive weekly pay.
Position Overview:
Route Type: Dedicated – all routes start and end in El Paso, TX
Destinations Include: California, New York, Illinois, Georgia, North Carolina, Mississippi, Missouri
Home Time: Once or twice per week
Shift: Rotating schedule
Weekend Work: Required
Holiday Work: As needed, depending on workload
Experience Required: First-seat, experienced drivers only
Pay & Compensation:
Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 – $1,400
Miles Per Week: 3,600 – 5,000
Stop Pay: $15.00 per stop
Unload Pay: $40 (full hand unloads required)
What We're Looking For:
Valid CDL A
Must live within 25 miles of El Paso, TX
4 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
No SAP drivers or recent grads
Comfortable with cold-weather driving
Must be able to perform full hand unloads
No endorsements required
