Responsibilities Of The CFO

• Lead and manage the finance and accounting teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Create, monitor, and refine financial plans, reports, and projections to support strategic decision-making.
• Supervise inventory control processes and oversee cost analysis to optimize operational efficiency.
• Maintain adherence to all relevant compliance standards, regulations, and internal governance protocols.
• Evaluate key financial indicators and operational data to uncover opportunities for performance enhancement.
• Partner with executive leadership to implement initiatives that improve financial outcomes and streamline operations.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to department heads, offering insights and guidance on budgeting and financial planning
  
  

Preferred Qualifications For CFO

• Manufacturing accounting leadership experience preferred.
