Job Description

Imagine a piloted air taxi that takes off vertically, then quietly carries you and your fellow passengers over the congested city streets below, enabling you to spend more time with the people and places that matter most. Since 2009, our team has worked steadily to make this dream a reality. We’ve designed and tested many generations of prototype aircraft capable of serving in a network of electric air taxis. We’re looking for talented, committed individuals to join our team as we push onward toward certifying the Joby aircraft, scaling our manufacturing, and launching our initial commercial service.

  • Coordinate notarization and apostille of documents as required

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Paralegal certificate or Bachelor’s Degree
  • High ethical standards and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
  • Self-starter, proactive, detail and deadline oriented
  • A positive, ‘can-do’ outlook, a sense of excitement to learn and contribute to the team’s goals, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.

Desired

  • Experience working in-house in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with IronClad, Microsoft suite (including SharePoint) and Google apps
  • Experience at publicly-traded companies supporting SEC reporting
