Lead with flavor and flair! As Executive Chef, you will take charge of culinary operations, creating elevated dining experiences that wow guests and drive culinary excellence. You will lead the kitchen team, oversee food safety standards, and inspire innovation in every dish served.
Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 5 years in high-volume culinary leadership
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Proficiency with inventory, ordering systems, and menu planning
ServSafe Certification preferred
Lead and mentor culinary team members
Oversee food preparation, quality, and presentation
Develop seasonal and event-specific menus
Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and Levy standards
Manage food and labor costs within budget targets
Collaborate with operations and front-of-house for seamless service
