Job Description

A prestigious commercial company located in New York; NY, seeks a highly motivated  Export Coordinator. Qualified candidates would have +1 year of experience. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare cargo and shipments for ships heading abroad.
  • Maintaining shipping records, keeping accurate documentation, and interacting with freight agents.
  • Monitoring shipments throughout the export process and tracking their progress to ensure timely delivery. 
  • Communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to manage shipments and resolve issues.
