We are seeking a Marketing Manager who can accelerate our growth by building sophisticated acquisition engines, elevating our brand, and creating predictable lead generation systems across multiple channels. This person must be willing to think beyond traditional playbooks, bringing creativity, experimentation, and a healthy level of ambition that borders on delusion in the pursuit of growth. We want someone who believes big things are possible and isn’t afraid to chase them.

What are we looking for?

The Marketing Manager is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing a comprehensive marketing strategy across all service lines. This role owns the entire top of the funnel, from global brand visibility to channel strategy to demand generation. You’ll be supported by an amazing, established internal marketing team with experience across multiple channels, particularly strong in SEO, content, and organic acquisition. However, we’re specifically looking for someone with documented, verified experience scaling additional acquisition channels beyond SEO (paid media, outbound, partnerships, lifecycle, ABM, events, etc.).

Here are some of the exciting day-to-day challenges you will face in this role:
  • Brand, Content & Communications
  • Own and evolve Blue Coding’s and associated brands' strategy, messaging pillars, and value proposition. 
  • Develop content (case studies, articles, videos) for SEO and sales enablement.
  • Oversee website UX, messaging, and conversion optimization.
  • Manage social media channels and outbound visibility.
  • Multi-Channel Acquisition & Demand Generation
  • Build and manage SEO, paid search, paid social, email, and partner channels. 
  • Optimize funnels, landing pages, and conversion sequences.
  • Relentlessly track performance across all channels, obsessing over ROI, CAC efficiency, and SQL conversion rates to ensure every dollar spent produces measurable pipeline growth.
  •   LATAM Positioning & International Growth
  • Craft messaging showcasing the advantages of LATAM talent and nearshore models.
  • Support BOT positioning by highlighting LATAM expansion value.
  • Marketing Operations & Collaboration
  • Maintain a marketing calendar and coordinate cross-functional priorities.
  • Sync closely with Sales on pipeline goals. 
  • Manage lead flow and reporting in Salesforce.
  • Handle vendor coordination and marketing budget.
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team, providing guidance, training, and structure to ensure strong execution, professional development, and alignment with company goals.
You will shine if you have:
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (tech, SaaS, staffing, or nearshore preferred).
  • Deep experience with multi-channel acquisition strategy. 
  • Strong SEO, paid media, and funnel optimization experience.
  • Salesforce + marketing automation experience (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Excellent writing and storytelling abilities.
  • Proficient with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs).
  • Implement automation and AI tools to streamline content production, asset creation, and campaign operations, ensuring high-volume output with consistent quality.
