HVAC Construction Project Manager

Respected Mechanical Contractor seeks Project Manager:

• 4+ years of HVAC and Sheet Metal construction experience
• Commercial project experience desired
• Ensure on time delivery of projects
• Oversee techs and installers
• Work in conjunction with subcontractors
• Assist with developing estimates
• Schedule labor
• Experience dealing with union personnel
• Understanding of all mechanical trades
• Handle multiple projects
