Job title: Information Security Engineer/IAM Engineer
Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid)
Duration: 24 Months Contract
Client: Wells Fargo
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience with integrating and deploying applications with Single Sign on products (SSO) such as Okta ,Ping or Azure AD
- Hands on experience troubleshooting SSO (single sign on) issues with end users
- Proficient in Agent Based, Web Based and Federated Authentication and Authorization standards
- Strong hands-on experience with industry standard SSO technologies and protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, FIDO, SAML 2.0)
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management
- Experience configuring alerts with tools such as Splunk
- Unix/Windows patching experience
- Experience handling major production incident bridges with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Technical Expertise:
- Solid understanding of different SSO patterns and protocols (e.g., SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, FIDO)
- Ability to explain authentication/authorization protocols in detail
- Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving SSO-related issues
Work Expectations:
- Participate in on-call shifts: 9 AM to 9 PM EST once a month
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory services, MFA, Risk based authentication and privileged access management
- Familiarity with deployments and integration of IAM solutions within the cloud (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud)
- Knowledge and understanding of complex enterprise systems and frameworks including frontends, middleware, services layer, database, backend and downstream interfaces
- Knowledge and understanding of technical writing: storage, middleware, or virtualization
Knowledge of Kubernetes containerization strategy
