Sienna Systems is looking for a motivated Access Management Engineer to join our Cyber Security team supporting a large Federal customer. The scope of work includes configuring and troubleshooting Okta, solving complex systems engineering problems, performing technical recommendations, and providing hands‑on technical guidance in a variety of disciplines.

Job Description

As part of the Access Management team, configure access management of IT systems to retain and enhance cybersecurity posture in alignment with Departmental goals, mandates and procedures.

Technical Duties and Functional Responsibilities

  • Support the full software development lifecycle for the deployment of access management and Zero Trust solutions.
  • Design and implement solutions to integrate Okta with existing federal systems and applications, including cloud and on-premises infrastructure
  • Resolving complex issues related to identity and access management, providing expert support during solution implementation
  • Understanding and mitigating risks within federal environments, incorporating security controls, and addressing sensitive data protection
  • Deploying, configuring, and maintaining Okta's platform to provide single sign‑on, multi‑factor authentication, and directory services for federal customers

Job Requirements, Skills, and Certs

  • Must be U.S. Citizen with an active Federal clearance. DHS or Top Secret preferred.
  • Bachelors’ degree or 4 additional years’ experience
  • 3+ years’ experience access management experience
  • 1+ years’ experience in Okta experience
  • Proficiency with SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and SCIM
  • Measured experience in both cloud and on‑prem systems
  • Experience with software development lifecycle

Additional Information about Position and Company

  • Salary: up to $150,000 depending on experience
  • Job location: Remote, occasional travel to downtown Washington, DC possible.
