Maintenance Electrician

Springdale, OH
$35 p/h - $40 p/h
Availability on 1st and 3rd shift (2-2-3)
Plastics Manufacturer

We are working with an established **Plastics and Packaging Company **based in **Springdale, OH. **They are recruiting for an **Maintenance Electrician **to join their team on 1st or 3rd shift in return for a salary in the region of **$35 - $40 p/h **along with excellent employment benefits which include 401K, Healthcare, Vision and Dental.

Duties as an Maintenance Electrician:

Maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatics
Single and three phase motor wiring, replacement and repair
Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics
Interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics
Maintaining Plastic Extruders

Qualifications & Experience required:

Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience (covering both electrical and mechanical).
Background in manufacturing, ideally plastics, extrusion, or similar industry.
Electrical troubleshooting and repair skills, with the ability to also work confidently on mechanical systems.
must have ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on the night shift.
Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
