Job Title: Mammography Technologist (Mammographer)

Location: Varies local clinics, imaging centers, and hospital partners

Employment Type: Full Time and PRN (Per Diem)

Pay: Up to $47/hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform high-quality mammographic exams using non-compression imaging systems (e.g., dedicated breast CT, ultrasound-based modalities, or other FDA-cleared alternatives)
• Ensure accurate positioning, image acquisition, and documentation in accordance with facility protocols and ACR standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to optimize workflow and diagnostic outcomes
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, MQSA, and state-specific imaging regulations
• Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients, especially those with prior trauma or sensitivity to traditional compression methods
• Document and troubleshoot equipment performance, reporting issues promptly

QUALIFICATIONS

• ARRT certification in Mammography (M) required
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in breast imaging
• Familiarity with non-compression modalities preferred; training may be provided for qualified candidates
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient comfort
• Ability to adapt to evolving imaging protocols and technology platforms
