At Tree-Ripe Fruit Co., we connect people to small farms across the country through our iconic summer peach stops, blueberry pop-ups, citrus season truckloads, and more. We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to help grow our brand and keep our customers coming back year after year.

What You’ll Do

• Help develop Tree-Ripe’s yearly and seasonal marketing strategy.
• Run digital campaigns across social media, email, and web—keeping our fans excited and engaged.
• Make sure our brand identity shines consistently across every touchpoint.
• Plan and promote events, contests, and giveaways that drive customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with farms, partners, and creative vendors to bring fresh ideas to life.
• Track results (sales, engagement, event attendance) and adjust strategies to keep us growing.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of marketing experience (food, retail, or consumer goods a big plus).
• A mix of creative and analytical—comfortable brainstorming campaign ideas but also tracking KPIs.
• Strong skills in digital tools: email marketing, social platforms (Meta, TikTok, IG), and website CMS.
• Excellent communication and writing ability.
• Experience with event marketing or community-building preferred.
