Overview:
We are seeking a Freelance Marketing Copywriter to craft compelling, high-converting content that resonates with educators and administrators. As a key contributor to our marketing efforts, you will write persuasive copy for various channels, helping drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement. Requirements

• Write persuasive and engaging copy for blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media, email campaigns, and landing pages.
• Develop clear, compelling messaging that supports brand storytelling and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the Growth Team to craft copy that aligns with conversion goals and sales strategies.
• Create attention-grabbing headlines, CTAs, and copy variations for A/B testing.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales and the Engagement management teams to ensure consistency in messaging and tone.
• Stay up to date on education trends, market research, and competitor positioning to refine content strategy.
• Edit and refine content to ensure clarity, grammar accuracy, and brand consistency .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in marketing copywriting, preferably in B2B and EdTech sectors .

• Strong knowledge of the education industry and the ability to tailor content for educators and administrators.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity and persuasion.

• Experience with SEO best practices , keyword research, and writing for digital platforms.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

• Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact through storytelling.

• Flexible hours based on project needs, with an average expected commitment of 30-40  hours per week
• The initial contract term will have the potential to extend based on performance and organizational needs.
