Job Description

We are looking for a meat cutter/butcher ideally with at least 1 year of experience in a meat cutter or butcher position however we are willing to train an individual who has the desire to learn the trade. Responsibilities include: Cutting, deboning, grinding, wrapping, sausage making, cleaning, planning/prioritizing production. Processes live animals such as cattle, hogs, lambs, sheep, and goats yielding fully dressed out carcasses for further processing.
