Position Overview:

The Company Ambassador at PJ Fitzpatrick is a vital role focused on engaging with customers and promoting our home improvement services. You will be tasked with representing the brand at various locations and events, creating awareness of our offerings, and converting customer interest into actionable leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing information about PJ Fitzpatrick's services.
• Create a welcoming environment and engage with customers to foster trust and rapport.
• Generate leads through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach to represent the brand.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and objectives.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
