Pediatrician – 100% Outpatient | Community-Focused

We’re a mission-driven, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) based in Cortland, NY , and we’re adding a Pediatrician to help meet the growing needs of our patients. Compensation & Schedule Options:

• 4.5 days/week: $247,500
• 4 days/week: $220,000
• Signing Bonus: Offered case-by-case (recently offered a competitive bonus to match local hospitals)
• Relocation assistance: Negotiable

• Vacation: 4 weeks, plus an additional day per year of service (up to 10 extra days); 80 hours can roll over
• CME: 1 week + $2,000
• Holidays: 7 paid

• Sick Time: 70 hours annually

• NHSC Site – HPSA Score: 20 with a 100% approval rate

Position Overview:

• Full-time, employed role – Monday through Friday
• Outpatient only – No hospital rounding or deliveries
• See 20–22 patients per day, ages 0–17
• EMR: AthenaOne
• Call: Phone-only, 1 week at a time – backup to APPs who take first call
• Supportive and collegial environment with 2 Pediatric MD/DOs and 2 APPs
• C-section attendance: Not required

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician
• 2025 grads welcome – strong mentorship and team support available
