Job Description
We are hiring for this position in two locations: Goodyear and Phoenix
Our fitness studios are busy, and we’re looking for trainers who can confidently lead high-energy group classes while also delivering impactful one-on-one coaching. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to assess their fitness levels, develop personalized training plans, and help them improve their movement patterns in a functional, strength-focused environment. Strong coaching skills, great customer service, and a genuine passion for helping people get stronger are essential. If you have experience in both group instruction and personal training and are ready for a new opportunity, we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities:
• Group Fitness Instruction: Lead high-energy, results-driven group classes featuring a variety of exercises and training techniques that keep participants engaged and motivated. Prioritize proper form and movement quality, offering individualized modifications to support all fitness levels.
• Personalized Coaching: Deliver customized one-on-one training sessions tailored to each client’s goals, limitations, and areas of focus. Apply expertise in strength training, conditioning, and functional movement to help clients progress safely and effectively. Regularly monitor results, adjust programming as needed, and celebrate key milestones to maintain momentum.
• Professional Growth: Stay current with industry trends, research, and best practices in strength training and functional movement. Engage in ongoing education, certifications, and workshops to elevate your skills. Collaborate with fellow coaches to share ideas and continuously improve training quality and client outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated expertise in strength-based training, functional movement, and leading engaging group fitness classes.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and establish meaningful connections with clients across all ages and fitness levels.
• Proficiency in modifying exercises to accommodate diverse goals, abilities, and limitations.
• Previous experience in a fitness studio, gym, or similar environment is highly desirable.
• A bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related discipline is a strong advantage.
