Job Description:
We are seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to help streamline and modernize business processes in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will partner with leadership and staff to analyze workflows, identify pain points, and implement efficient solutions that enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct current state analysis through interviews and observations to document workflows and identify inefficiencies.
• Develop future-state process maps using Lean methodologies and recommend actionable changes.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage change to ensure successful implementation of new processes.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor ongoing process performance and improvements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to align process changes with system capabilities and future upgrades.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years in business process improvement, process mapping, and redesign.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities with a focus on user-centered solutions.
• Experience in high-volume service delivery environments is a plus.
