Production Supervisor Memphis (7am-3pm Shift)
Are you ready to lead a team where your work truly makes an impact? Were looking for a Production Supervisor to manage a manufacturing shift in Memphis. In this role, youll oversee a team of approximately 20 employees, ensuring products are produced efficiently, on schedule, and to high-quality standards.
You will handle standard supervisory responsibilities including onboarding and training new staff, managing day-to-day operations, and maintaining productivity across the shift. The position is full-time with a schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM .

Minimum Requirements:
2-year Associate Degree (or enrollment in a program)
35 years of supervisory experience (preferred)
Experience managing production lines in a manufacturing environment
Physical Demands:
Walking, standing, and bending for up to 12 hours
Lifting 2575 pounds
Exposure to chemicals and other manufacturing materials
