Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for various manufacturing roles, including engineers, production operators, and skilled trades.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for plant environments.
• Partner closely with manufacturing hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial application to offer negotiation and pre-onboarding.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trades roles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and typical job functions (e.g., production, engineering, quality, maintenance).
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to attract and screen candidates for both high-volume and specialized positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on candidate experience and hiring manager partnership.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with common manufacturing processes, roles, and terminology.
• Experience with high-volume or skilled trades recruitment.
• Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the local workforce.
