Job Summary As a Regional Visual Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of in-store Visual Merchandisers to create visually appealing displays and layouts that enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers. Your keen eye for design, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will be essential in this role. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Coach, Train, & Develop in-store visual merchandising team to execute visual merchandising strategies and promote our products to drive sales Create eye-catching displays that showcase our merchandise in an attractive and organized manner Collaborate with the Director of Visual Merchandising to ensure brand consistency across all visual elements Conduct regular store visits to assess visual standards and provide feedback to in-store team Train and educate in-store visual merchandising team techniques and best practices Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for visual enhancements Requirements/Qualifications Ability to lead and manage people and performance Ability to multitask, time management skills, and ability to be proactive in decision making skills Strong layout design skills with a keen understanding of color, composition, and spatial arrangements Proficient in using illustration software to create visual concepts and designs Excellent selling skills with the ability to present products in an enticing manner Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey visual concepts and ideas Previous experience in retail sales or visual merchandising is highly desirable Travel is required Furniture Mart USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer #hc192926
