Job Title: Rehabilitation Physical Therapist
Location: South Dennis, MA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift | Flexible Schedule
Pay Rate: $2,681.20 Weekly Gross ($67.03/hour)
Position Overview:We are seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will focus on improving patients’ mobility, strength, and overall functional ability through personalized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions. This role requires strong communication skills, clinical expertise, and a patient-centered approach to care.
Key Responsibilities:Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized therapy plans.
Implement therapeutic exercises and manual techniques to restore mobility and function.
Manage pain through appropriate physical therapy modalities and interventions.
Educate patients and families on injury prevention, exercise routines, and home care programs.
Track and document patient progress accurately within the EMR system.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
Provide a safe and supportive rehabilitation environment for all patients.
Required:
Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy License (unrestricted and current).
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Excellent communication, documentation, and patient management skills.
Preferred:
Experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting.
Familiarity with EMR documentation systems.
