Job Description

Four State Home Improvements is seeking a Remote Appointment Setter to contact homeowners regarding their interest in walk-in bathtubs and home safety solutions .

This is a work-from-home position focused on speaking with customers who have already expressed interest in improving bathroom safety and accessibility. Many of the homeowners you will speak with are older adults or retirees , so we are especially interested in candidates who enjoy patient, respectful conversations and have experience speaking with senior customers.

This role does not involve closing sales. Your responsibility is to confirm interest, answer basic questions, and schedule appointments for our in-home sales consultants.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls to homeowners who have requested information about walk-in tubs

  • Speak professionally and patiently with customers, many of whom are seniors

  • Confirm interest and qualify basic information

  • Schedule in-home consultation appointments

  • Accurately document call outcomes

  • Follow call scripts and company guidelines

  • Maintain a friendly, respectful, and reassuring phone presence

What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods

  • Strong listening skills and a calm, professional tone

  • Experience speaking with senior customers, retirees, or older adults is strongly preferred

  • Prior experience in call centers, appointment setting, customer service, or healthcare-related calling is a plus

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work-from-home environment

  • Basic computer skills and ability to follow scripts

Paid training and scripts are provided.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Hourly pay between $16–$21 per hour , based on experience

  • Performance bonuses may be available

  • Part-time and full-time schedules available

  • Shifts scheduled during daytime and early evening Central Time hours
