POSITION SUMMARY
The Steward is a part of the restaurant team and is responsible for washing dishes, pots, etc., and ensuring their cleanliness throughout the Kitchen. May be assigned heavy cleaning as a part of closing the restaurant. The Steward is an important part of the efficient operation of the restaurant and ensures safety, and cleanliness and works toward our overall mission of exceeding our guest's expectations.
