Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled Salesforce Admin Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions for our business needs. You will serve as the go-to expert for translating requirements into efficient system configurations, helping teams leverage Salesforce to drive performance and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and gather technical requirements
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions across various clouds (Sales, Service, etc.)
• Customize objects, workflows, and reports based on user needs
• Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure best practices
• Stay updated with Salesforce updates and recommend improvements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Administrator
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, or Consultant preferred)
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and data flows
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with third-party integrations and Salesforce apps is a plus
