8+ years' experience in delivering projects
Candidate have 4+ years' experience Scrum Master experience in Data warehouse & AI development projects
Facilitate all scrum ceremonies with Data and AI team
Identify and assist with removing impediments
Escalate impediments through JIRA board
Provide continuous coaching to Product Owner and Dev Team
Resource Planning (Holidays, Vacation, etc.)
Documentation of Retro Feedback & drive for implementing process improvements
Bi-weekly Reporting of scrum team status to the Program (Goals, Burndown, Achievements, Issues, Risks, Mitigation plans)
Communicate effectively to all relevant internal and external stakeholders
Be proficient in JIRA & Confluence
Understand the status of each member of the team
Provide transparency to Hitachi and client Lead about the state of the Scrum Team
-Process Flows
-Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members
-Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility
-Participate in data conversion and data maintenance
-Provide best practice and industry specific solutions
-Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions
-Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.
-Participate as a team member of the functional team
-Perform other duties as assigned.
