Securitas Security is looking to hire both full and part time security officers for locations in Rochester NY and the surrounding areas. Candidates should have their own reliable means of transportation as public transport does not always operate during our days/shifts. Some open locations will require a valid NYS Drivers License and for candidates to meet the requirements of the Securitas Safe Drive program. These positions will have those assigned used company vehicles for exterior patrols. All positions include customer service, interior and exterior foot or vehicle patrols, report writing and emergency response. *** Candidates should be available for evenings, overnights and weekends. **Security Officer** We help make your world a safer place. The ** Security Officer**  position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.
