Job Description
Lead a portion of the Visual Merchandising strategy for our stores all over the world. Work directly with merchandising, planning and design to promote our Brand Image by creating impactful, volume driving in-store presentations that bring the brand strategy to life. Manage a team who is responsible for bringing the assortment together pre-season to ensure the collection is cohesive, impactful, and volume-driving.
This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.
What Will You Be Doing?
Driving the creative process behind our in-store experience, specially crafting what customers see and feel, to create unique environments that maximize sales and profitability. Coordinating customer-centric product placement strategies, Visual team members must think creatively and aesthetically while considering key analytical data on a daily basis. Our Visual team cultivates the vision, excitement, and emotion of our Brands.
