Salary: $65,000-$80,000

ABOUT THE ROLE: Staff Accountant
You’ll connect production performance to financial outcomes, analyze margins and variances, and help streamline cost flows across operations. High visibility, hands-on work, and true partnership with production, purchasing, supply chain, and finance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO: Staff Accountant
Analyze costs, margins, and variances
Maintain and improve cost accounting systems
Track labor, material, and overhead costs
Support budgeting, forecasting, and inventory valuation
Assist with the month-end close process
Identify cost-reduction and process-improvement opportunities
What The Staff Accountant Brings
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years of accounting experience
