We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of a Conversational Toolkit Video platform within a fast-growing healthcare environment. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, product management experience, and a deep understanding of contact center operations. You will drive the product vision, define the roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative communication solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a high-impact product, improve customer experience, and integrate Twilio-powered video capabilities in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment. The position allows you to influence strategic decisions, optimize workflows, and ensure the product meets both operational and regulatory standards.

Accountabilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the Conversational Toolkit Video platform, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless development and delivery.
  • Gather, analyze, and act on customer insights to enhance the user experience.
  • Leverage contact center expertise to address operational challenges and optimize workflows.
  • Integrate and optimize Twilio-powered video communication features.
  • Apply knowledge of the healthcare and insurance sectors to ensure regulatory compliance and industry relevance.
  • Lead Agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
  • Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve the product.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to keep the product innovative and competitive.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of product management experience, ideally with a background in contact center operations.
  • Technical proficiency with Twilio and other communication platforms.
  • Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Agile development methodologies.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on improving user experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
