Position Overview:

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Transportation Safety and Compliance to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help uphold safety standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and support drivers across multiple markets. If you have a strong background in DOT regulations, vehicle safety, and driver training, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities of a Transportation Safety and Compliance:

• Monitor and enforce driver safety protocols across assigned zTrip locations
• Conduct regular safety audits, vehicle inspections, and compliance reviews
• Maintain accurate records of driver certifications, background checks, and drug testing
• Investigate incidents/accidents and assist in creating corrective action plans
• Stay informed on all relevant transportation laws and regulations (local, state, federal)
• Collaborate with local operations to ensure consistent safety practices
• Assist in developing and delivering effective driver training programs
• Communicate with drivers, management, and regulatory agencies professionally and effectively
