We’re hiring a Water/Wastewater Trainee to join our team—no prior experience required! We provide paid training and cover the cost of certifications so you can grow into a licensed operator.
What You’ll Do
• Learn to operate and maintain water/wastewater treatment equipment
• Perform plant rounds, take readings, and record data
• Collect and test water samples
• Support light maintenance, yard work, and housekeeping
• Work with a supportive team to keep the community’s water systems running smoothly
What You’ll Need
✅ High school diploma or GED
✅ Valid driver’s license (clean record)
✅ Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment
✅ Ability to pass a background check and physical
