This full-time, remote call center role is ideal for bilingual professionals fluent in Bengali/Hindu/Urdu and English , passionate about public service, and eager to assist individuals navigating enrollment and healthcare options. Note: This is a fully remote position, but candidates must reside on the East Coast. New York residency is strongly preferred.
