As we grow, we’re excited to hire a Customer Service Representative to be the voice of change and connect communities with powerful causes.

In this frontline role, you’ll engage directly with the public at live events, represent nonprofit campaigns, and communicate inspiring mission-driven messages with clarity and empathy. Your efforts will build lasting supporter relationships and increase awareness for vital social causes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent leading nonprofit and advocacy organizations at local community outreach events and fundraisers

• Deliver clear, empathetic, and compelling messages to educate and motivate supporters

• Build authentic connections with donors, volunteers, and community members

• Collaborate with outreach teams to amplify campaign reach and impact

• Serve as a professional ambassador for nonprofit partners and social causes

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for nonprofit work, social impact, advocacy, or community engagement

• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, public-facing environments

• No prior experience required – paid, hands-on training provided

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
