About the Role
We are partnering with our client to recruit an Immigration Consultant for their EMEA team. This is a junior to mid-level position that offers the opportunity to coordinate global immigration casework, support clients with compliance requirements, and gain exposure to a wide range of international mobility processes.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate immigration casework for assigned EMEA countries, including case assessment, initiation, advising on applicable rules and procedures, preparation and submission, progress monitoring, and follow-up.
Liaise directly with third-party counsel across the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Manage case initiations, including international case billing, updating case steps, and maintaining accurate records in the firm’s proprietary case management system.
Perform daily client data entry updates and maintain well-organised global immigration files.
Conduct research on visa, entry, and exit requirements in the EMEA region.
Support document processes such as apostilles, legalisation, translations, and background checks.
Draft client alerts and contribute content for the firm’s website regarding regulatory updates.
Assist in preparing client presentations and contribute to the team’s knowledge management portfolio.
Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at standardising and streamlining work.
Your Profile
2–5 years of experience coordinating corporate global immigration matters.
Previous experience with consular and visa processing.
Confidence liaising with clients and external partners at different levels.
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
