Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable, detail-driven Virtual Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping teams stay efficient, coordinated, and on track.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate virtual meetings
  • Organize email inboxes, draft professional responses, and maintain communication flow
  • Perform data entry, file management, and digital document organization
  • Conduct internet research and compile information as needed
  • Assist with social media scheduling, posting, and light content support
  • Create and update spreadsheets, reports, and simple presentations
  • Provide general administrative assistance to leadership and team members
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Must currently reside in and be authorized to work in the USA or Canada
  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or administrative professional
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Proficiency with remote work software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a consistent, quiet workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing social media pages
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
