You will collaborate on menu execution, uphold food safety, and bring high-energy leadership to every shift. **Qualifications:** + Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience + 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen + Strong understanding of culinary techniques and food safety standards + Proficient in kitchen inventory, prep, and scheduling + ServSafe Certification preferred **Key Responsibilities:** + Supervise kitchen operations during service + Assist in training and mentoring line staff + Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation + Monitor inventory and assist with ordering + Maintain compliance with all sanitation and safety regulations + Support Executive Chef with menu planning and execution We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with a criminal history (including relevant driving history), in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, and the New York Fair Chance Act.
