Job Title: Toxicology Associate

Location: Princeton, NJ (Remote)

Type: Contract

Start: ASAP



Responsibilities:

• AI Support projects for AI Improvements
• ISA database support projects
• study report summaries
• ST forms (setting up study docs)
• Fragrance regulation support (SB258, SB312, EU extended allergen calcs…etc.)
• Assess whether an HRIPT is needed for formulas with changes in fragrance
• SharePoint data review of tox files for completeness (i.e. market introductions all filed in folders)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Biological Sciences major is preferred not required)
• Toxicology background is a plus
• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience
• Consumer goods experience, professional toxicology experience, safety ingredient background preferred
• Project management exp a plus
• Communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office – strong Excel
• AI experience (Copilot, ChatGPT) also a plus
